Leslie Baird is a busy member of the ERA Mountain View Properties team. She was raised in neighboring Burke County, but has spent the past 24 years residing in McDowell County. Leslie has a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University. Following 7 years with the Department of Correction, she became a stay-at-home mom for 13 years in support of her husband's career in the military. Leslie is very excited about her career path in real estate and meeting the needs of her clients. Leslie is married to Eddie Baird and enjoys spending most of her free time at ballfields, watching her sons Chase and Seth.
